Pros +
- The rooms are big and beds are comfy. The Location is awesome and easy access to downtown , malls. Near by Istanbul Halal restaurant available. Continental breakfast has good varieties. Staffs are good & professional in dealing.

- Dinosaures in the room.Swimming pool
Cons -
- Manager on duty during check in wasn't accommodating. I had my passport left inside my luggage which was hard to access and requested for check in first with alternative ID and payment. Then go to my room to open my luggage to bring the passport down for check-in process. But he completely refused. I have to open my luggage and took out my clothes, etc and left on the lobby chair to look for my passport, and then checked in. Not so pleased with such service.
- Extra bed not made up by room service
- Noisy, curtain doesn’t work, room not clean

Good hotel with nice view from the room. Nice buffet for breakfast
Difficult to lower the air conditioning: it was too cold in the room
Beautiful location, really well located and plenty of transport options and elements suggested.
Due to covid all the facilities in the hotel except for the restaurant were shut. I would suggest this could’ve been advertised ahead of time.
Breakfast was good, lots of choices.
